‘Multiple personalities…’

OnStream’s DI30 was a desktop tape drive with a 15GB native and a nominal 30GB compressed capacity. Data storage was provide by a removable Advanced Digital Recording (ADR) cartridge - a proprietary format designed and controlled by OnStream. In the spring on 2000, the OnStream DI30 had a list price of around 500USD. A positive review of the OnStream DI30 can be found at Dan’s Data.
