Unreal Tournament 2004 was released (unsurprisingly) in 2004 as an updated version of Unreal Tournament 2003. The third game in the series, Unreal Tournament 2004 was an arena shooter with a multitude of game modifiers built around a somewhat perfunctory sci-fi storyline. Released for Windows, OSX, and - somewhat unusually - Linux, Unreal Tournament 2004 received positive reviews.
