‘Welcome to the Future’

1995’s Welcome to the Future was a Myst-like point and click adventure from Blue Sky Entertainment for the PC and Macintosh. The user must navigate around a large number of pre-rendered maze-like environments in search of keys, artefacts, and further locations. Notably, a map (either digital or hard copy) was not available.

Welcome to the Future received a wide range of reviews from Power Play Magazine’s Worst Game of 1995 to PC Entertainment’s rather more positive comments.
