‘You will unite. Or you will fall.’

EAGames’s The Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers was a third-preson hack and slash video game released for the PlayStation 2, GameBoy Advanced, GameCube, and Xbox. Based solely on the The Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers film, the game was unable to include any events depicted in only the original Two Towers source novel. Players were able to play as either Aragorn, Gimli, or Legolas with each character equipped with their own play style and strengths/weaknesses.

The The Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers was well received across all four of it’s platforms, and eventually sold around four million copies.
