Power C from MIX Software was a budget ANSI compatible C compiler for DOS. The minimum specification for Power C was DOS 2.0, 400K memory, and either two floppy drives or a hard drive. Prices started at $19.95 without the separate debugger. A review in C/C++ Users Journal recommended it for students and those on a budget.
